Privacy
notice.
This notice explains what happens to personal information when you enquire about working with Lynda Flix or visit this portfolio.
Who is responsible?
Lynda Flix is the controller of personal information collected through this website. For privacy questions or requests, email lyndaflix@gmail.com.
What information is collected?
If you send a brand enquiry, the form asks for your name, work email, brand or company, optional website or social link, project type, estimated budget, timing, intended usage and campaign brief. Email enquiries include the information you choose to provide. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a brief.
Why it is used
Your information is used to review and respond to enquiries, discuss creative work, prepare quotations, manage agreed projects and keep appropriate business records. The lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, and legitimate interests in managing genuine business enquiries and protecting the website.
Analytics, attribution and media
Plausible provides aggregated, cookie-free website analytics without persistent identifiers. Event labels record actions such as opening a social profile or enquiry link; they do not contain form contents. Campaign tags in a link may be held for the browser session and included with an enquiry to measure which campaign worked. Instagram and TikTok players remain blocked unless you allow optional media. Advertising measurement is a separate choice and no advertising pixel is currently installed.
Who receives information?
Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate the portfolio and respond to enquiries, including FormSubmit for form delivery, the email provider, website hosting, and Plausible for aggregate analytics. Information is not sold. It may also be disclosed where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
International transfers
Some website, form, email or social-media providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this applies, the relevant provider is responsible for using an appropriate transfer safeguard or another lawful transfer mechanism.
How long information is kept
Unsuccessful or exploratory enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Project, contract, invoice and tax records may be retained for up to six years where needed for legal, accounting or dispute purposes. Information may be deleted sooner when it is no longer required.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to certain uses of your personal information. Email lyndaflix@gmail.com to make a request. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

This notice may be updated when the website, suppliers or legal requirements change. The latest date will always appear at the top of this page.
